We are Kath and Philippe, your hosts and the owners of Donnellys Keep Cottage, a charming and cozy farm stay nestled in the scenic Granite Belt region of Queensland.
We are passionate about sharing our love of nature, animals, and local culture with our guests. We started our farm stay in 2020, inspired by the stunning surroundings of the scenic Granite Belt region of Queensland. We are surrounded by orchards, vineyards, granite outcrops, and native wildlife. We enjoy the cooler temperature and the proximity to Brisbane, which is only a two-hour drive away.
When creating our farm stay, we have created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with friendly animals and abundant birdlife. This includes interacting with our pony, alpacas, and goats, feed and pet them, and learn about them from us.
Both Philippe and myself are proud to support local farmers, artisans, and businesses in the Granite Belt region of Queensland including Washpool Supply Co, Conrad Distillery, Stanthorpe Cheese, and Jamworks. Our previous guests have given us 5-star reviews, praising our hospitality, cottage, farm, and animals.
