Our property is home to three delightful alpacas, Agnes, Edith, and Margo, who bring immense joy to our guests.  Agnes is outgoing and sociable, while Edith and Margo captivate hearts with their timid nature.  Our mischievous miniature horse, Reo, always entertains with his hilarious tricks and antics. Our miniature goats, Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty, are incredibly cute, friendly, and sociable.  They thrive on attention and affection, adding enchantment to your stay.

 

Our property is a Wildlife Land Trust sanctuary. This means that we are committed to preserving and protecting our native wildlife and habitats, and you will have the opportunity to witness the beauty of nature in its purest form. Our efforts to preserve and restore our environment for future generations are supported by your stay with us.

The scenic Southern Downs and Granite Belt region is home to a variety of native wildlife, including an array of vibrant birds, playful wallabies, curious possums, and other interesting animals. You might spot Eastern Red parrots, their feathers shimmering with shades of green and red, as they playfully chirp and dance amidst the treetops. Kookaburras could also be seen perched on branches, their distinctive laughter-like calls resonating through the air, adding a touch of whimsy to the serene surroundings. The melodic tunes of cockatoos and galahs contribute to the symphony of nature, filling the atmosphere with their unique calls. Our property provides an opportunity to indulge in the wonders of Australia’s wildlife, allowing you to reconnect with nature and witness the beauty that unfolds just beyond our doorstep.
